ROTATION AND MIRRORING

Objects can be rotated in 90 degree steps or flipped top to bottom or left to right. This is accomplished be grouping the object (or group of objects) that are to be rotated or flipped. Then the group menu is selected and from it the transform sub-menu is selected, from this the desired operation is selected. Rotation and mirroring is performed relative to the centre of the group, and the centre of the group can be adjusted simply by editing the group bounding rectangle to keep the contents of the group stationary and modifying the rectangle. The 90 degree rotation steps are a current limitation which will be removed as soon as possible. The intension is to allow the user to arbitarily rotate the the group in realtime using a rotation handle.
